Now, you can instantly boost engagement by enabling comments on your galleries and albums, allowing visitors to interact with your photos and videos directly! This addon is perfect for users looking to foster deeper connections with their audience and build a community around their work.

Why Add Comments to Your Galleries?

Allowing comments on your images is a great way to gather feedback, engage with your audience, and start conversations around your work. Whether you’re showcasing a portfolio, collaborating with clients, or building an online community, the Comments Addon makes interaction seamless.

• Encourage Engagement: Visitors can leave comments on your images, sharing their thoughts and feedback.

Easily Enable Gallery Comments

Getting comments up and running on your galleries is simple! Just go to Envira Gallery » Addons and install the Comments Addon.

Make sure to enable the lightbox on your gallery or album. Then, scroll down to the Comments tab and toggle on the comments option.

Customize Your Comment Settings

In the Comments Settings, you’ll see a number of customizations:

• Visibility: Choose whether the panel is always visible or only opens on click.
• Position: Display the comments panel at the bottom or side of the lightbox.
• Avatar: Display user Gravatars based on their email address.
• Comments Count: Display the total number of comments for each image.
• Replies: Allow users to reply to comments.
• Date: Show the date on each comment.

When you’re finished, remember to Save your changes and publish your gallery.

View and Moderate Comments

Gallery and Album commenting works just like regular post comments. You can easily moderate, edit, or delete them from your Comments admin screen in WordPress.

Now, visitors can start leaving comments directly on your gallery images. It’s that easy!
