Manage User Roles with Gallery Permissions
Permissions is available to all Envira Gallery users, regardless of license level. Even Lite users can enjoy this new feature!
It’s is an ideal solution for teams and websites with multiple contributors who need different levels of access. You’ll maintain complete control over your content while fostering seamless collaboration with your team.
Grant Access at a Granular Level
You’ll find Permissions under Envira Gallery » Settings. Just click the Permissions tab at the top. From there, you can specify which user roles can:
- Create galleries, albums, and proofs
- Edit galleries, albums, and proofs
- Delete galleries, albums, and proofs
- Edit others’ galleries, albums, and proofs
By assigning these permissions to specific user roles, you can ensure that each team member has the access they need to do their job effectively while keeping your content secure.
